ReCharge by Gelson's was created in partnership with Rove, a developer and operator of full-service electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The 3,000-square-foot premium convenience store is at 1008 E. 17th Street in Santa Ana, off the I-5 at the corner of E 17th Street and Lincoln Ave. It offers commuters and road trippers an accessible stop to charge their EVs while enjoying fresh chef-crafted meals, coffee, beverages, grocery staples, and attentive service—all in one place.

Catering to on-the-go customers and neighborhood locals, ReCharge by Gelson features a diverse and curated selection of high-quality, ready-made dishes. There's something to excite every palate, from sushi to sandwiches, wraps, salads, cheese, and charcuterie plates. Customers can enjoy a cup of coffee or meals in the Rove lounge or take them to go, along with a range of cold drinks, healthful snacks, dairy and frozen items, bread, fresh fruit, and everyday essentials. Rove-Santa Ana features 40 ultra-fast EV chargers, a 24/7 lounge with restrooms and free Wi-Fi, and an eco-friendly car wash for added convenience. The Santa Ana location also offers parking spots for non-chargers, making picking up Gelson's chef-made breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings easy. This eco-friendly setup is designed to make delicious and healthful eating effort-free for busy consumers conscious of their environmental impact.
