Gelson's Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh items and advance preparation required, Gelson’s is happy to accept cancellations or modifications two (2) or more calendar days before your scheduled pickup date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds for requests made with less than two (2) calendar days’ notice.
To Cancel or Modify an Order within the Cancellation Policy
Orders Placed Online- Please email kitchenorders@gelsons.com and include your order number, name and phone number. A customer service representative will respond to your request within two (2) business days. Please note, we cannot issue refunds or store credit for cancellations made with less than two (2) calendar days' notice, changes of mind, or mistaken orders.
Orders Placed In-Store- Please contact the store where you placed your order. A full list of store locations and phone numbers can be found here.
As a private business, Gelson’s Markets reserves the right to refuse service to any customer. If our Cancellation Policy is abused, we may be unable to conduct future business with that customer, ensuring we maintain the high quality and service standards expected by all our valued patrons.
