Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F, Split lobster tails lengthwise, place on baking pan with 2 tablespoons of water or white wine and cook 10-12 minutes or until warm and internal temperature reaches 140°F. Serve with drawn butter and seasoning of your choice.

Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F, Season the steak on all sides with salt or seasoning of your choice. Place on baking pan, cook time approximately 10-15 minutes depending upon desired degree of doneness. Check with a meat thermometer. Remove the steak from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
