Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha
Here’s a fresh way to enjoy your matcha—layered with a sweet, fluffy strawberry cold foam that’s as pretty as it is delicious! This superbly sippable drink starts with a smooth matcha base—but the real magic is in the foam. It’s a luscious blend of heavy cream, a touch of whole milk, simple syrup, and finely ground freeze-dried strawberries, whipped to perfection (Tip: We used a milk frother, but a blender would work, too). It’s thick, velvety, and just sweet enough to balance the earthy, grassy matcha without overpowering it. A sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberry powder on top makes it almost too pretty to drink…almost.
