Steamed Oat Milk 4 Ways
Oat milk and warm spices make a dreamy combination — the spices boost the flavor of the oat milk and the mellow oats make an ideal backdrop for the earthy, elegant spices. It tastes warm and wonderful on its own, and it makes a great base for more complex beverages. Here’s a recipe for Basic Spiced Oat Milk and three drinks that use it as a base. Each one deserves a spot on your mug-based menu.
