5-Step Avocado Margarita
Here's the recipe:
Run a lime wedge around the top rim of a rocks glass, then dip the rim in a shallow plate of salt to coat. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle ⅛ avocado, 4 mint leaves, 1 slice jalapeño (seeds removed), and 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice.
Fill the shaker halfway with ice. Add 2 oz silver tequila, ½ oz Grand Marnier, and ½ oz simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Fill the prepared rocks glass with ice and double strain the cocktail into the glass.
Garnish with a large mint sprig and jalapeño slice. Enjoy!
