3-Step Tinned Lobster Bites
Your new go-to appetizer recipe! (⬇️) It’s ridiculously simple but tastes ridiculously fancy.
We used Scout tinned lobster, which is the perfect small luxury. The lobster chunks are sweet and briny — a splendid counterpart to the crunchy, salty chips and the fresh herbs. Just close your eyes and you’ll be sitting seaside in Maine, wearing a striped Breton tee.
We’d recommend serving these bites with Domaine WIlliam Fevre chablis Champs Royaux. This floral, fruity white wine pairs really well with seafood.
Here’s the recipe:
Fill a serving platter with kettle chips, and dollop ½ tsp mayonnaise on top of each chip.
Top each chip with a small bite of Scout Atlantic Canadian Lobster from 2 (3.2-oz) cans.
Garnish with minced chives and a fresh squeeze of lemon juice. Enjoy!
