- In a large bowl, combine ¾ cup Caesar salad dressing, ¼ cup grated Parmesan, ½ tsp garlic powder, and ¼ tsp black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add 3 cups diced grilled chicken breast, 2 cups torn romaine leaves, and ¾ cup salad croutons to the bowl. Toss to combine.
- Spoon ⅔ cup of the chicken mixture down the center of an 8-inch tortilla and roll it up. Repeat for a total of 6 servings, or save the filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
