3-Step Grilled Chicken Wrap

Lunch (or dinner) in 3 easy steps! Here’s the recipe for this picnic-ready Grilled Chicken Wrap:

 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ¾ cup Caesar salad dressing, ¼ cup grated Parmesan, ½ tsp garlic powder, and ¼ tsp black pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Add 3 cups diced grilled chicken breast, 2 cups torn romaine leaves, and ¾ cup salad croutons to the bowl. Toss to combine. 
  3. Spoon ⅔ cup of the chicken mixture down the center of an 8-inch tortilla and roll it up. Repeat for a total of 6 servings, or save the filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
