Mother's Day Meal Reheating Instructions
CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF® PRIME TRI-TIP STEAK MEAL
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350° F.
CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF® PRIME TRI-TIP STEAKS
Oven: Remove plastic lid and demi-glace cup and set aside. Transfer steaks to an oven-safe container and place them in the oven. Reheat to desired temperature – approximately 8-10 minutes for medium rare /10-12 minutes for medium.
Microwave: Not recommended.
ASPARAGUS AND POTATOES AU GRATIN
Oven: Remove lid, steaks, and demi-glace cup and set aside. Place the black and gold container in the oven and heat to the desired temperature, approximately 6-8 minutes.
Microwave: Heat for 2-3 minutes in the microwave on high until the desired temperature is achieved.
RED WINE DEMI-GLACE
Stovetop: Transfer demi-glace to a small saucepan and cook on low heat until the desired temperature is achieved.
Microwave: Remove from cup and place in a microwave-safe container - heat for 30 seconds.
POACHED SALMON MEAL
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350° F.
POACHED SALMON (to be served cold)
ASPARAGUS AND ROASTED POTATOES
Oven: Remove the plastic lid, dressing cup, and salmon and set aside. Place the vegetables in the oven in the black and gold tray. Reheat for 12 -15 minutes, until hot.
Microwave: Remove the plastic lid, dressing cup, and salmon and set aside. Place the vegetables in the microwave in the black and gold tray. Reheat for 2-3 minutes, until hot. Carefully remove and allow to rest for 1 minute. Add dressing on top of salmon, as desired.
MEDITERRANEAN VEGETABLES WITH QUINOA MEAL
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350° F.
Oven: Remove the plastic lid and cover the tray with foil. Place the meal in the oven in the black and gold tray. Reheat for 20 -25 minutes, until hot.
Microwave: Remove the plastic lid and place the meal in the microwave in the black and gold tray . Reheat for 4-5 minutes, until hot. Carefully remove and allow to rest for 1 minute.
The gold and black containers can be used in the microwave or oven.
Reheating times vary by oven/microwave.
