Mamolo’s Fine Pastries was founded by Ugo Mamolo, an Italian baker with a passion for providing both traditional and contemporary creations using only the finest authentic ingredients and handcrafted techniques. Like Gelson’s, he shared a dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Favorites include showcase cakes, shortbread cookies for any occasion or holiday, and freshly baked bread such as six-grain and Challah. Whether you’re looking for something grand or something simple, Mamolo’s Fine Pastries does not disappoint.

Renaud’s is home to refined pastries made with fresh ingredients. Just like Gelson’s, Renaud’s aims to provide customers with treats that are just as fresh as they are delicious. With Renaud’s, customers will find an array of signature cakes and tarts available for same-day purchase, as well as pastries such as apricot croissants, blueberry muffins, brioche and golden raisin scones, among many more options. Other delicacies include cookies, macaroons and quiches.

We at Gelson’s also have our own bakery where we offer the best in an array of baked good staples. While Mamolo’s Fine Pastries, Renaud’s, and Viktor Benês are great options for the finer delicacies, at Gelson’s Bakery, customers will find great options for their day-to-day needs, such as bread, coffee cake, cookies, and much more. We also make custom cakes and cupcakes for children’s special occasions, including birthdays, classroom celebrations and sporting events.

Viktor Benes Bakery has been delighting customers with its exceptional breads, pastries, and cakes for over 90 years. The tradition of excellence continues today under the leadership of Rebecca Terzuolo, daughter of one of the original owners.

We are proud to be home to the one and only “Original Alligator”—a beloved pecan pastry perfected by Mr. Benes himself. Crafted with only the finest ingredients, each bite offers a rich, unique flavor that sets us apart. Fresh batches of Alligators are always available in-store, offered in a variety of sizes.

Beyond our signature treats, we feature an extensive selection of cookies, Danish, pastries, and coffee cakes—perfect for any occasion.
