Salsa in a Snap

Serves: 15 

  • 14.5 oz. can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
  • 8 oz. can no-salt added tomato sauce
  • 7 oz. can diced Ortega green chilies
  • 1 Tbsps. diced Ortega jalapeno peppers
  • 3 green onions, chopped, including green part
  • Fresh cilantro, stemmed and chopped
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • Water
  1. Chop stewed tomatoes, reserving juices.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add water to desired consistency.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
