• 1 1/2 to 2 ounces Irish whiskey, to taste
• 4 ounces fresh-brewed coffee
• 1/2 to 1 ounce simple syrup
• Heavy cream
Warm a mug, glass or wine glass and set aside. Whip cream to thick consistency. In the warmed glass, combine simple syrup, whiskey, and coffee and stir to combine. Top the mixture with the cream to taste.
