culinary instruction.
We offer our students an exciting variety of classes taught by nationally
known chefs, cookbook authors, and local talent.
We feel we have designed not only an efficient work environment for our guest
chefs, but a comfortable and creative atmosphere for our students as well.

the right to cancel any class for insufficient enrollment upon seven days
prior notice.

If traveling East on the 101 Freeway, exit at Mulholland Drive/Valley
Circle. Turn left on Calabasas Road and then right on Mulholland Drive. Follow Mulholland Drive until you reach
Mulholland Highway and turn right. Gelson's Village will be on the right.
If traveling West on the 101 Freeway, exit
Topanga South, turn right at Mulholland Drive, and left on Mulholland Highway. Gelson's Village will be on the right.
The Cooking Connection is located on the second level of the shopping center, to the right of Gelson's Market and can be reached by either elevator or staircase.
